Ground floor
The water villa features a spacious living room with comfortable seating area, fireplace, Smart TV and a spacious dining table.

The open kitchen is part of the living room and includes a multifunction oven, Quooker, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Additionally, on the first floor you will find a bedroom with double box spring and ensuite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate at the entrance.

Floor
The second floor, which can be accessed by stairs from the living room, has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with double box spring, freestanding bathtub and ensuite bathroom; bedroom with double box spring; bedroom with semi-loft bed and a single bed. Also  a second bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.

Outside
Through the French doors in the living room you can reach the garden with a lovely terrace by the water. Here you can enjoy endless peace and space.

The water villas are very suitable for families. The villas are not rented to (groups of) young people. The main booker must be at least 27 years old and must stay in the water villa for the entire rental period.
